Tim, his wife Frannie, and their children have been residents of Sullivan's Island since 1997. His wife’s family has maintained a family residence on the island since the early 1900s. After graduating from college, Tim spent 9 years as a Naval Supply Officer. He and Frannie moved back to the Charleston area in 1991, living in Mount Pleasant. He spent the 1990s as a National Account Manager in the Paperboard Packaging industry. He became a Realtor® in 2000.

Tim is experienced with properties in the Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, and Wild Dunes communities, along with assisting Buyers and Sellers with various Waterfront Properties throughout the Charleston area. In 2021, Tim Reese was named Broker in Charge for dunes properties' Isle of Palms office.
